Repair One has been fixing my cars for years. I do not trust mechanics naturally, but I have learned to trust Brent. Examples: (1) I had wear on a part in an older car. It was not hurting anything. Eventually it would wear out and have to be replaced, Brent said, but the car was still driveable. I continued to drive it. It worked fine. (2) I had a leak. I had no idea what it was, but it turned out to be a loose hose. Repair One tightened the hose, charged me nothing, and sent me on my way. (3) I needed major repairs on an older Suburban. The car was not worth a lot. Brent worked with me to find a used part and a fix that would work but was not too costly. The part worked great. Brent puts in only parts that work, and he does not scrimp on quality. Occasionally, Repair One is a bit more expensive for this reason, but then we know the problem is fixed. Once, a seller's warranty provider would only pay for a cheaper part, one Brent did not prefer. He installed it, anyway, but it broke the next week. We then asked him to install the part he preferred. He did, and it worked perfectly, and eventually the warranty provider agreed with us and with Brent and paid for the better part. Brent was on our side the whole time. We have had consistently good experiences.
